I provide appeal statements for appeals made against a Local Planning Authorities refusal of permission to carry out work to trees protected by Tree Preservation Orders (TPO's). I provide tree related advice and tree related appeal statements in support of planning appeals. I attend tree related planning appeal site meetings, hearings and inquiries.

Bats

I carry out presence/absence surveys prior to stripping out/demolition of buildings and provide reports in support of planning applications.

Common law rights

I provide advice and reports regarding trees growing on adjacent land that are overhanging a boundary and common law rights.

Damage to property

I provided advice and reports regarding trees and subsidence damage to buildings.

Development sites

I provide advice on site regarding the potential for development adjacent to trees (to BS 5837: 2005 Trees in relation to construction - Recommendations.)

I produce AutoCAD Tree Constraints Plans to BS 5837: 2005.

I produce Arboricultural Implications Assessments to BS 5837: 2005.

I produce Arboricultural Method Statements to BS 5837: 2005.

I produce AutoCAD Tree Protection Plans to BS 5837: 2005.

I produce Arboricultural reports as supporting information for a proposed development and planning application and to discharge planning conditions.

I can use the air spade to expose tree roots without damage to find out where tree roots are growing.

Where trees are damaged within development sites, I can provide mitigation reports for the Local Planning Authority.

Ecology Reports

I provide Code for Sustainable Homes (Eco 1 - 4) reports,  and Phase 1 Habitat Surveys and Biodiversity Checklists for planning applications and to discharge planning conditions.

Insurance

I carry out hazard evaluations and risk assessments of trees (tree inspections) and provide reports.

Landscaping

I provide AutoCAD soft landscaping plans for a proposed development and planning application and to discharge planning conditions.

I provide AutoCad hard landscaping plans where it is proposed to construct hard landscaping adjacent to trees for a proposed development and planning application and to discharge planning conditions.

Meetings

I attend meetings (office based or on site) at very short notice; if I receive an instruction in the morning, I can usually attend a meeting toward the end of the same day.

Mortgages

I provide advice and reports for home buyers/owners and mortgage lenders.

Tree Preservation Orders (TPO's)

I provide advice and reports regarding TPO's. Where appropriate, I provide letters of objections to the LOcal Planning Authority against TPO's.

Planning conditions

Provide advice and appeal statements regarding conditions that have been attached to permissions to carry out work to trees protected by TPO's. Provide reports as submission of details to discharge planning conditions relating to trees and hard and soft landscaping.

Safety

Hazard evaluations and risk assessments of trees (tree inspections) and reports, for safety (Duty of Care) and insurance reasons.

Tree works

Applications to carry out appropriate and justifiable work to trees protected by TPO's or to trees that are growing within Conservation Areas. Obtaining quotations for tree work and monitoring/supervision of the works.
